Welcome to South Cheshire Beekeepers (SCBKA). We are one of five branches in the Cheshire Beekeepers Association (CBKA).

We provide support, education and training for beekeepers with meetings, apiary events and educational courses.

We hope to provide you with useful information and regular updates on the local activities to help you make the most of your beekeeping. Whether you are looking for a course, guidance on the local bee and honey related events or support with a bee challenge, we will try to help where we can.

We hold branch meetings on the third Tuesday of the month at Cranage Village Hall, Cranage, CW4 8EQ. For more information go to Meetings and Events.

They feature a presentation from recognized beekeepers in the area or even the UK, a nice atmosphere to exchange and network and 1:1 advice on specific questions. During the summer months meetings are held outdoors, when weather permits, at the apiary which is situated nearby. This is the best opportunity to review the basics or practice some handling methods and get the feedback straight away.
