South Cheshire Beekeeper Honey Show 2025

It’s time to start planning for this year’s South Cheshire Beekeepers Honey Show. The 2025 Schedule of Classes can be downloaded HERE

If you’d prefer a paper copy, please let me know and I’ll be happy to post one to you. I’ll bring some printed copies along for you to take at our monthly meetings too.

This is a different Show to our last few years, because our judge this year, John Goodwin, is going to provide a commentary as he judges your entries. John is an entertaining speaker and a very experienced judge, and it will be great to watch how the exhibits are assessed and marked. The Show is easy to enter and it’s exciting to see your produce on the table with the others! If you’re pleased with the things you and your bees have made, they’re good enough to show, so do bring them along so we can admire your work.

The Schedule has classes for everyone to enter, and I’m very keen to encourage you to bring something if you haven’t tried before. There are classes for honey, honeycomb, waxcraft, mead-making, crafts and baking, so even if you haven’t got bees this year you can still enter. There are some great prizes to win, but the main purpose is to bring and show your produce.

Good luck!
